The best part of Ella's year in Pre-K 3 was the amazing little friends she made. She adores her buddy, Dash, and they have so much fun together!
One sunny afternoon, they enjoyed playing in the sprinkler, having a water gun fight, and Ella impressed Dash with her new Elsa dress. The dress was a long awaited item that Ella couldn't wait to try on and it just happened to arrive during their play date.

We have been playing sand volleyball when the weather allows and Ella loves to go and make sand creations while mom and dad play.
One Saturday we visited the local Farmer's Market and Ella got her face painted by a very eccentric clown.
It was a beautiful, glittery butterfly!
She also had a blast playing in the fountain near the Market and didn't mind that she was sopping wet. We had a long way to walk back to the car, and with drippy wet clothes I knew Ella would be miserable, so I made a makeshift dress from my cardigan and a hair clip and you could hardly tell it wasn't a real dress.
We went to a super fun play place in Portland to meet some friends and Ella loved climbing, jumping, and shooting balls. I had a hard time getting her to leave,
We purchased this play house for Ella recently and she loves it. I see hours of summer fun ahead!
Last Saturday we celebrated Dash's fourth birthday with a pool party at his grandparents house. These three (Ella, Dash, and Quinten) are the best of friends and love spending time together.
It's a great start to summer!
