Celebrating Six Years of Marriage

On September 30th Jeff & I celebrated six years of marriage. This first photo was taken on our wedding day and I can honestly say I love my husband more today than I did back then. Our relationship has grown and evolved over these past six years and I am a better person because of my husband. He teaches me patience, charity, and offers a logistical view of the world which compliments my emotional view quite well. To say I adore him is an understatement. Sometimes I reflect upon the life we've created for our family of four and I am so proud. I am proud of my husband for working his buns off to provide for us, I am proud at the father he has become to our two children, I am proud at the way he shows his affection and love for me in the small, simple everyday things. I truly am one lucky woman to be married to such an amazing man. 

We went to dinner last night to celebrate at a local place called Lapellah. The food, atmosphere, and service was impeccable and we will definitely dine there again. Jeff ordered a rib eye steak and I had Alaskan halibut. Perfection!

I mentioned to the owner that we were dining there to celebrate our anniversary and after we finished eating, we were happily surprised with complimentary champagne! It was a perfect ending to a wonderful dinner celebration.
