Ella is 22 Months

Our baby girl is rounding the corner to age two. She is now 22 months (as of yesterday) and busier than ever before!

At 22 months she:

• Says words like, "gone," "down," "up," "love," "mom," "dad," "we," (and some others that I can't think of right now)
• Wants to eat vitamins like candy. Every. single. time. she goes into the kitchen she begs and cries for a vitamin. We have to explain to her the she only gets one per day.
• Loves to jump on beds. Especially mommy & daddy's because the mattress is bigger than hers. The only bed that is spared is Nicholas. She is very respectful of her brothers space.
• Wants to be outside most of the time. Shoes or not. Running, jumping, swimming...anything is better outdoors.
• Sleeps in until 9:30-10:00 a.m. every morning.
• Has started hitting. I don't where it came from, but all of a sudden if she gets really frustrated with something she will swing her little hand to hit anything that is next to her-a toy, a book, and sometimes her mommy & daddy's faces. Oh, it's so frustrating as a parent to see her hit, but we just put her in time-out and she hates time-outs so I think its an effective punishment.
• Likes to cuddle more than every before. She will often snuggle up with me or Jeff and LOVES snuggles with her Gramme. When Gramme is around she will stick to her like glue. 

We are so blessed to watch this silly little munchkin grow!

Tomorrow we depart for Nicholas's Make-A-Wish trip!! We are so excited to have our first vacation as a family of four. It will be a wonderful adventure and we will post lots of photos as soon as we return.
